As the result of the resignation of the Past President of the MUNFA Executive 2015-2016, one Member-at-Large position is currently vacant. In accordance with the MUNFA Constitution (http://www.mun.ca/munfa/Constitution.Oct%202015.pdf), if there is no member available or willing to be nominated from the previous Executive Committee of the Association, a further member-at-large shall be elected, except that this further member shall be a person who has been a member of any previous MUNFA Executive Committee. This is a first call for nominations to fill this position. If you have served on a previous Executive Committee and wish to volunteer, please complete a nominating form.
An official nominating form is enclosed. Each nomination must be accompanied by (1) the signature of the nominee (indicating his or her willingness to serve), and (2) the signatures of a proposer and seconder. All must be members of MUNFA. Each candidate has the option of submitting to the Committee a statement of not more than 150 words which shall be circulated to the membership.
