On July 18, 2014, MUNFA circulated an Information Bulletin (http://www.mun.ca/munfa/IB/2013-14/ib131431.pdf) which also included a copy of the contract language (http://www.mun.ca/munfa/Articlesforratification.pdf) upon by both MUNFA and the MUN administration in collective bargaining that ended with an announced tentative agreement on May 16, 2013. The MUNFA Executive endorsed the tentative agreement on July 16, 2014 and encourages MUNFA members to vote in favor.
INFORMATION MEETING
An information meeting to discuss the tentative version of the new MUNFA/MUN Collective Agreement has been scheduled as follows:

PLACE: Bruneau Centre, Room IIC-2001
THE GRENFELL CAMPUS MEETING WILL BE HELD IN ROOM AS-2036
ASMs at Grenfell Campus (GC) will be participating in the meeting through videoconferencing arrangements.
The meeting is open only to MUNFA Bargaining Unit Members, and all Bargaining Unit Members are encouraged to attend. No vote will take place at this meeting.
Bargaining Unit Members will also be able to watch the information meeting through a private webcast. The link for the webcast will be sent to members via email on the day of the event.
The MUNFA Nominating and Balloting Committee will hold a formal ballot box ratification vote as soon as possible following the information meeting. The Nominating and Balloting Committee will be circulating further information prior to the vote.
