A ratification vote under Article XIV of the MUNFA Constitution requires a secret, ballot-box vote. Voting will take place on Tuesday, February 2, 2010 between the hours of 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM at the following locations:

Where you vote is determined by the building in which your department is largely located (see below). Lists of all eligible, bargaining unit members will be present at each ballot location. You may vote only once, and only at the constituency polling station to which you have been assigned.
ADVANCED POLL: Bargaining unit members on the St. John’s Campus who are unable to vote on February 2, 2010 may cast a ballot at the MUNFA Office (Room ER4047) at the times listed below:
Friday, January 29, 2010 between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM Monday, February 1, 2010 between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM
YOU WILL NEED YOUR EMPLOYEE ID NUMBER OR A PHOTO ID IN ORDER TO VOTE. This number can be found on your pay stub/notice of deposit slip.
Counting of the ballots will take place in ER4048 after the ballots from Sir Wilfred Grenfell College are received.
Medical School Constituency: Academic Staff Members in Medicine, Nursing and Pharmacy will vote in the foyer of the Medical School.
Earth Sciences Building Constituency: Academic Staff Members in Business, Chemistry, Computer Science, Dean of Science Office, Earth Sciences, Engineering, Marine Institute, Ocean Sciences, Physics and Social Work will vote in the 4th floor foyer.
Q.E. II Library Constituency: Academic Staff Members in Anthropology, Archaeology, Biochemistry, Biology, Continuing Studies, Counselling Centre, Classics, Dean of Arts Office, Division of Cooperative Education (Coordinators), Economics, Education, English, French & Spanish, Folklore, Geography, German & Russian, History, Human Kinetics & Recreation, Library, Linguistics, Mathematics and Statistics, Music, Philosophy, Political Science, Psychology, Religious Studies, Sociology, and Women’s Studies will vote in the foyer of the Q.E. II Library.
Sir Wilfred Grenfell Constituency: Academic Staff Members will vote at a site to be arranged on the College campus.
