MUNFA has learned that the Board of Regents, at a meeting held October 4, 2017 approved the revised Sexual Harassment and Sexual Assault Policy to take effect November 1, 2017. As a result, revised University-Wide Procedures for Sexual Harassment and Sexual Assault Concerns and Complaints came into effect on November 1, 2017.
MUNFA advises ASMs to be aware of this change and that the University-Wide Procedures for Sexual Harassment and Complaints, dated December 9, 2010, attached as Appendix C to the current MUN-MUNFA Collective Agreement, were replaced with the revised procedures on November 1, 2017.
