MUNFA has learned that the Board of Regents, at a meeting held October 4, 2017 approved the revised Sexual Harassment and Sexual Assault Policy [1] to take effect November 1, 2017. As a result, revised University-Wide Procedures for Sexual Harassment and Sexual Assault Concerns and Complaints [2] came into effect on November 1, 2017.
MUNFA advises ASMs to be aware of this change and that the University-Wide Procedures for Sexual Harassment and Complaints, dated December 9, 2010, attached as Appendix C to the current MUN-MUNFA Collective Agreement, were replaced with the revised procedures [2] on November 1, 2017.
