On December 18ththe MUNFA Negotiating Team met with the employer at their request. The sides discussed contract language related to right of first refusal and seniority.
The Conciliator is currently arranging times for the parties to meet in January, and we remain hopeful that bargaining will conclude with a mutually acceptable agreement.
