After several months of negotiation and now conciliation, the offer from the administration is:

0% 2005 – 2006
0% 2006 – 2007
3% 2007 – 2008
3% 2008 – 2009
And the latest addition to that offer made on April 13, 2007:

1 step (or ~$1600) on August 31, 2009 at 11:59 p.m.
The MUNFA Negotiating Committee remains unimpressed. Such low monetary offers would result in MUN salaries being 25 – 30% less than other comparable universities in Canada by 2009.
