Ms. Laura Lozanski (Health and Safety Officer, CAUT) will provide a two-day training module on Asbestos and Occupational Health & Safety Training which is scheduled for February 20 and 21, 2006.
This training is hosted by CAUT and MUNFA. The MUNFA Executive is inviting MUNFA members to attend some or all of this session. You may have a general interest in this subject. The purpose of the training module is to provide essential information on your rights to a safe and healthy work environment. The program lays out employer responsibilities and legislation. The goal is to build a cohesive membership who will assist the Joint Health and Safety Committee in ensuring the enforcement of health and safety regulations in your workplace.
