To find out where each of the parties stands on issues that matter to faculty at Memorial University, MUNFA prepared a questionnaire. The questionnaire was sent to the leaders of all political parties on April 25 with a deadline to respond of May 7.
As of the deadline, MUNFA has received responses from the NDP, Liberals, and NL Alliance. We hope you will review their responses to see where each party stands on post-secondary education.
As of the afternoon of May 8, the PC Party of NL offered a response to the questionnaire.
We also encourage all MUNFA members to take advantage of any opportunity to ask candidates the same questions about the future of Memorial University. Send your thoughts on the parties’ responses to membership.munfa@mun.ca.
